1. Acceptance of Terms1. விதிமுறை ஏற்றல்

By registering on TNTDCGS (Tamil Nadu Thamizhaga Devanga Chettiyar Groom/Bride Seekers), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use this platform.

TNTDCGS இல் பதிவு செய்வதன் மூலம், நீங்கள் இந்த விதிமுறைகளை படித்து புரிந்துகொண்டு ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள் என்று உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறீர்கள். நீங்கள் ஒப்புக்கொள்ளவில்லை எனில், பதிவு செய்யவோ பயன்படுத்தவோ வேண்டாம்.

2. Eligibility2. தகுதி

To register on TNTDCGS, you must:

TNTDCGS இல் பதிவு செய்ய, நீங்கள்:

• Be a member of the Devanga Chettiyar community
• தேவாங்க செட்டியார் சமுதாயத்தின் உறுப்பினராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
• Be at least 18 years of age (women) or 21 years of age (men) as per Indian law
• இந்திய சட்டப்படி குறைந்தது 18 வயது (பெண்கள்) அல்லது 21 வயது (ஆண்கள்) இருக்க வேண்டும்
• Be legally eligible to marry (not already married, unless legally divorced or widowed)
• சட்டரீதியாக திருமணம் செய்துகொள்ள தகுதியுடையவராக இருக்க வேண்டும் (ஏற்கனவே திருமணமானவராக இல்லாமல், சட்டரீதியாக விவாகரத்தான அல்லது விதவை/விதுரர் தவிர)
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration
• பதிவின் போது துல்லியமான, உண்மையான, முழுமையான தகவல்களை வழங்க வேண்டும்
• Register for your own matrimonial purpose only, not on behalf of another person without their consent
• மற்றவர் ஒப்புதலின்றி அவர்களுக்காக இல்லாமல் சொந்த திருமண நோக்கத்திற்காக மட்டுமே பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்

3. Account & Registration3. கணக்கு மற்றும் பதிவு

• Your mobile number is used as your account identifier and for OTP-based authentication. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number accessible and secure.
• உங்கள் கைபேசி எண் கணக்கு அடையாளிப்பாளராகவும் OTP அங்கீகாரத்திற்காகவும் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your OTP with anyone, including TNTDCGS staff — we will never ask for your OTP.
• உங்கள் கணக்கில் நடக்கும் அனைத்து செயல்களுக்கும் நீங்கள் பொறுப்பாவீர்கள். TNTDCGS ஊழியர்கள் உட்பட யாருக்கும் OTP பகிர வேண்டாம்.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• பதிவின் போது வழங்கப்படும் அனைத்து தகவல்களும் உண்மையாக இருக்க வேண்டும். தவறான தகவல் வழங்குவது உடனடி கணக்கு நிறுத்தலுக்கான காரணமாகும்.
• One person may have only one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated without refund.
• ஒரு நபருக்கு ஒரே ஒரு கணக்கு மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும். நகல் கணக்குகள் திரும்பப் பெறாமல் நிறுத்தப்படும்.

4. Verification Process4. சரிபார்ப்பு செயல்முறை

After registration, every profile undergoes manual admin review before becoming visible on the platform. You understand and agree that:

பதிவிற்கு பிறகு, ஒவ்வொரு சுயவிவரமும் தளத்தில் தெரியும் முன் கைமுறை நிர்வாக மதிப்பாய்வுக்கு உட்படும். நீங்கள் புரிந்துகொண்டு ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள்:

• Verification typically takes 2–4 working days
• சரிபார்ப்பு பொதுவாக 2–4 வேலை நாட்கள் எடுக்கும்
• During this period your profile is not visible to other members
• இந்த காலகட்டத்தில் உங்கள் சுயவிவரம் மற்ற உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு தெரியாது
• Our admin may contact you directly to verify your identity or request corrections
• எங்கள் நிர்வாகி அடையாளத்தை சரிபார்க்க அல்லது திருத்தங்கள் கோர நேரடியாக தொடர்பு கொள்ளலாம்
• TNTDCGS reserves the right to reject any profile that does not meet community eligibility or that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate information
• சமுதாய தகுதியை பூர்த்தி செய்யாத அல்லது தவறான, தவறான வழிநடத்தும் அல்லது பொருத்தமற்ற தகவல் கொண்ட எந்த சுயவிவரத்தையும் நிராகரிக்க TNTDCGS உரிமை கொண்டது
• After successful verification, admin will contact you regarding membership payment and activation
• சரிபார்ப்பு வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்த பிறகு, நிர்வாகி உறுப்பினர் கட்டணம் மற்றும் செயல்படுத்தல் தொடர்பாக தொடர்பு கொள்வார்

5. Membership & Fees5. உறுப்பினர் மற்றும் கட்டணங்கள்

• Registration is free. No payment is required to submit your profile for review.
• பதிவு இலவசம். மதிப்பாய்விற்காக சுயவிவரம் சமர்ப்பிக்க கட்டணம் தேவையில்லை.
• Monthly membership fees apply after verification and admin confirmation: ₹499/month for India members, ₹999/month for NRI members (or as updated by admin).
• மாதாந்திர உறுப்பினர் கட்டணங்கள் சரிபார்ப்பு மற்றும் நிர்வாக உறுதிப்படுத்திற்கு பிறகு பொருந்தும்: இந்திய உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு ₹499/மாதம், NRI உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு ₹999/மாதம்.
• Payment is processed directly with admin — not through an online payment gateway.
• கட்டணம் நேரடியாக நிர்வாகியுடன் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது — ஆன்லைன் கட்டண நுழைவாயில் மூலம் இல்லை.
• Memberships are monthly. Your profile remains active as long as the current paid period is active.
• உறுப்பினர்கள் மாதாந்திரம். செலுத்திய காலம் செயலில் இருக்கும் வரை சுயவிவரம் செயலில் இருக்கும்.
• Refund policy: Fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. Disputes must be raised with TNTDCGS support within 7 days of payment.
• திரும்பப் பெறும் கொள்கை: உறுப்பினர் காலம் தொடங்கிய பிறகு கட்டணங்கள் பொதுவாக திரும்பப் பெற முடியாது. கட்டணம் செலுத்திய 7 நாட்களுக்குள் சர்ச்சைகளை TNTDCGS ஆதரவில் எழுப்ப வேண்டும்.
• TNTDCGS reserves the right to change membership fees with reasonable notice to members.
• உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு நியாயமான அறிவிப்புடன் உறுப்பினர் கட்டணங்களை மாற்ற TNTDCGS உரிமை கொண்டது.

6. Privacy & Contact Sharing6. தனியுரிமை மற்றும் தொடர்பு பகிர்வு

By using this platform, you agree to this privacy framework and agree not to attempt to circumvent it in any way (e.g., requesting contact details through chat, coercive messaging, social engineering, or any other means).

இந்த தளத்தை பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், நீங்கள் இந்த தனியுரிமை கட்டமைப்பை ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள் மற்றும் எந்த வகையிலும் இதை தவிர்க்க முயற்சிக்க மாட்டீர்கள் என்று ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறீர்கள்.

7. Interest System7. ஆர்வ அமைப்பு

• Activated members can send interests to any other activated member on the platform.
• செயல்படுத்தப்பட்ட உறுப்பினர்கள் தளத்தில் உள்ள வேறு எந்த செயல்படுத்தப்பட்ட உறுப்பினருக்கும் ஆர்வம் அனுப்பலாம்.
• The receiving member may accept or decline at their own pace and discretion — there is no obligation.
• பெறும் உறுப்பினர் தங்கள் நேரத்தில் ஏற்க அல்லது மறுக்கலாம் — எந்த கட்டாயமும் இல்லை.
• Interests may not be used for commercial solicitation, spam, or harassment.
• ஆர்வங்கள் வணிக கோரிக்கை, ஸ்பாம் அல்லது துன்புறுத்தலுக்காக பயன்படுத்தப்படக் கூடாது.
• Contact details are revealed to both parties simultaneously, and only after mutual acceptance.
• தொடர்பு விவரங்கள் பரஸ்பர ஒப்புதலுக்கு பிறகு மட்டுமே இரு தரப்பிற்கும் ஒரே நேரத்தில் வெளிப்படும்.

8. Code of Conduct8. நடத்தை விதிகள்

You agree not to:

நீங்கள் பின்வருவதை செய்ய மாட்டீர்கள்:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonating information in your profile
• சுயவிவரத்தில் தவறான, தவறான வழிநடத்தும் அல்லது வேறு நபராக நடிக்கும் தகவல்களை வழங்குவது
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members in any form
• மற்ற உறுப்பினர்களை எந்த வகையிலும் துன்புறுத்துவது, மிரட்டுவது அல்லது துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்வது
• Request or attempt to obtain contact details before mutual acceptance
• பரஸ்பர ஒப்புதலுக்கு முன் தொடர்பு விவரங்களை கோருவது அல்லது பெற முயற்சிப்பது
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
• வணிக நோக்கங்களுக்காக, விளம்பரத்திற்காக அல்லது கோரிக்கைக்காக தளத்தை பயன்படுத்துவது
• Upload fake, obscene, or inappropriate photos or content
• போலி, ஆபாசமான அல்லது பொருத்தமற்ற புகைப்படங்கள் அல்லது உள்ளடக்கத்தை பதிவேற்றுவது
• Share or misuse contact information obtained through the platform after mutual acceptance
• பரஸ்பர ஒப்புதலுக்கு பிறகு தளம் மூலம் பெறப்பட்ட தொடர்பு தகவல்களை பகிர்வது அல்லது தவறாக பயன்படுத்துவது
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or damage the platform or its data
• தளம் அல்லது அதன் தரவை மாற்றியமைக்க, ஸ்க்ரேப் செய்ய அல்லது சேதப்படுத்த முயற்சிப்பது
• Create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account
• பல கணக்குகளை உருவாக்குவது அல்லது மற்றவர்கள் உங்கள் கணக்கை பயன்படுத்த அனுமதிப்பது

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

மீறல்கள் திரும்பப் பெறாமல் உடனடி கணக்கு இடைநிறுத்தல் அல்லது நிறுத்தலுக்கு வழிவகுக்கலாம்.

9. User Content9. பயனர் உள்ளடக்கம்

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile text, photos). By submitting, you grant TNTDCGS a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform for matrimonial matching purposes. You confirm that all content you submit:

நீங்கள் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் உள்ளடக்கத்தின் (சுயவிவர உரை, புகைப்படங்கள்) உரிமை உங்களிடமே உள்ளது. சமர்ப்பிப்பதன் மூலம், திருமண பொருத்தம் நோக்கங்களுக்காக தளத்தில் இந்த உள்ளடக்கத்தை காட்ட TNTDCGS க்கு பிரத்தியேகமற்ற உரிமம் வழங்குகிறீர்கள். நீங்கள் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் அனைத்து உள்ளடக்கமும்:

• Is truthful and represents you or the person being registered
• உண்மையானது மற்றும் நீங்கள் அல்லது பதிவு செய்யப்படும் நபரை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்துகிறது
• Does not infringe on any third party's rights
• மூன்றாம் தரப்பினரின் உரிமைகளை மீறவில்லை
• Does not contain obscene, offensive, or illegal material
• ஆபாசமான, புண்படுத்தக்கூடிய அல்லது சட்டவிரோத பொருட்களை கொண்டிருக்கவில்லை

TNTDCGS reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

இந்த விதிமுறைகளை மீறும் எந்த உள்ளடக்கத்தையும் முன் அறிவிப்பின்றி மதிப்பாய்வு செய்து அகற்ற TNTDCGS உரிமை கொண்டது.

10. Referral Program10. பரிந்துரை திட்டம்

• Members receive a unique Referral ID after registration. Sharing this ID with Devanga Chettiyar community members entitles the referrer to 1 month of free membership when the referred person completes registration.
• உறுப்பினர்கள் பதிவிற்கு பிறகு தனித்துவமான பரிந்துரை ID பெறுவார்கள். பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட நபர் பதிவை முடிக்கும்போது பரிந்துரைப்பாளருக்கு 1 மாத இலவச உறுப்பினர் கிடைக்கும்.
• Referral rewards are credited automatically upon the referred member's successful profile completion.
• பரிந்துரை வெகுமதிகள் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட உறுப்பினரின் வெற்றிகரமான சுயவிவர முடிவிற்கு பிறகு தானாக வழங்கப்படும்.
• Referral IDs may not be used for fraudulent or commercial purposes. Abuse of the referral program may result in disqualification from benefits and account termination.
• பரிந்துரை ID கள் மோசடி அல்லது வணிக நோக்கங்களுக்காக பயன்படுத்தப்படக் கூடாது.
• TNTDCGS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program with notice.
• அறிவிப்புடன் பரிந்துரை திட்டத்தை மாற்றவும் நிறுத்தவும் TNTDCGS உரிமை கொண்டது.

11. Termination11. நிறுத்தல்

TNTDCGS may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to other members or the platform. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

நீங்கள் இந்த விதிமுறைகளை மீறினால், தவறான தகவல் வழங்கினால், அல்லது மற்ற உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு அல்லது தளத்திற்கு தீங்கான நடத்தையில் ஈடுபட்டால் TNTDCGS எந்த நேரத்திலும் கணக்கை இடைநிறுத்தலாம் அல்லது நிறுத்தலாம்.

If you marry and wish to close your account, please mark your profile as "Married" in the app or contact support to have your account deactivated.

திருமணமாகி கணக்தை மூட விரும்பினால், செயலியில் சுயவிவரத்தை "திருமணமானது" எனக் குறிக்கவும் அல்லது கணக்கை செயலிழக்க ஆதரவை தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும்.

12. Limitation of Liability12. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு

TNTDCGS is a matrimonial introduction platform. We facilitate connections between community members but do not guarantee or warrant:

• The accuracy of information provided by any member

• That any particular match will result in marriage

• Continuous, error-free platform availability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TNTDCGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

பொருந்தும் சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கும் அதிகபட்ச அளவிற்கு, தளத்தை பயன்படுத்துவதால் ஏற்படும் எந்த மறைமுக, தற்செயலான அல்லது விளைவாக ஏற்படும் சேதங்களுக்கும் TNTDCGS பொறுப்பு வகிக்காது.

13. Governing Law13. நிர்வாகிக்கும் சட்டம்

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

இந்த விதிமுறைகள் இந்தியாவின் சட்டங்களால் நிர்வாகிக்கப்படுகின்றன. எந்த சர்ச்சைகளும் தமிழ்நாடு, இந்தியாவில் உள்ள நீதிமன்றங்களின் பிரத்தியேக அதிகார வரம்பிற்கு உட்பட்டிருக்கும்.
