This User Consent Declaration explains, in clear terms, what you agree to when you register on TNTDCGS. By completing registration, you confirm that you have voluntarily and knowingly given the consents described in this document. You may withdraw any consent at any time by contacting us — this may affect your ability to use certain features.

By registering, you consent to TNTDCGS collecting and processing the following personal data for the purpose of matrimonial matchmaking within the Devanga Chettiyar community:

• Personal identity information — name, date of birth, gender

By registering, you consent to:

• Your submitted profile being manually reviewed by TNTDCGS admin staff for completeness, accuracy, and Devanga Chettiyar community eligibility

• TNTDCGS admin staff contacting you via the mobile number you provided to verify your identity or request corrections during the verification period (2–4 working days)

• Your profile being declined if it does not meet community eligibility or contains inaccurate information

4. Consent to Membership Payment Process4. உறுப்பினர் கட்டண செயல்முறை ஒப்புதல்

By registering, you understand and consent to the following payment process:

• Registration is free — no upfront payment is required at the time of submitting your profile

• After verification, an TNTDCGS admin representative will contact you to confirm your membership plan and coordinate payment

• Membership fees are: ₹499/month for India members, ₹999/month for NRI members (subject to change with notice)

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced, except as required by law

You also consent to:

• Your profile information (excluding contact details) being visible to all verified, activated members of the platform for matrimonial consideration

• Admin staff accessing your complete profile (including contact details) for verification and support purposes

6. Profile Visibility Consent6. சுயவிவர தெரிவுநிலை ஒப்புதல்

• Your profile is not visible to any user during the "Pending Verification" period.

• Once activated, your profile is visible to all verified, activated members of the TNTDCGS community for matrimonial purposes.

• You may request deactivation at any time — your profile will immediately become invisible to other members.

• Marking your profile as "Married" automatically removes it from all search results.

7. Notifications Consent7. அறிவிப்பு ஒப்புதல்

By registering and using the TNTDCGS app, you consent to receiving push notifications for platform-related activities, including:

TNTDCGS செயலியை பதிவு செய்து பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், தளம் சார்ந்த செயல்பாடுகளுக்கு புஷ் அறிவிப்புகளை பெற ஒப்புதல் வழங்குகிறீர்கள்:

• New interest received

• Interest accepted or declined

• Mutual match achieved (contact now visible)

• New chat message received

• Profile status updates (verification complete, membership activated)

You may manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings or within the app settings.

உங்கள் சாதனத்தின் அறிவிப்பு அமைப்புகள் அல்லது செயலி அமைப்புகளில் எந்த நேரத்திலும் புஷ் அறிவிப்புகளை நிர்வகிக்கலாம் அல்லது முடக்கலாம்.

8. Referral Program Consent8. பரிந்துரை திட்ட ஒப்புதல்

If you were referred by another member, you consent to TNTDCGS informing that member that you have completed your registration, for the purpose of crediting their referral reward (1 month free membership). No other personal information is shared with the referrer.

9. Your Rights & Withdrawing Consent9. உங்கள் உரிமைகள் மற்றும் ஒப்புதல் திரும்பப் பெறுதல்

Your consent is voluntary. You have the right to:

உங்கள் ஒப்புதல் தன்னிச்சையானது. உங்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு:

• Withdraw consent and request account deletion — contact us at any time. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal. Certain withdrawals (e.g., data deletion) will affect your ability to use the platform.
